Click on the avatar in the bottom left corner to access Settings.
Look for Download My Data in the Data Controls section.
After clicking confirm, all conversations will be provided in JSON format.
For AI services, exported JSON files may contain your private information (such as phone numbers, API keys). Please ensure proper sanitization before uploading to third-party analysis tools.
